Seasonal yard maintenance contract
The same people come to your yard on a schedule from March to November. Every visit follows the calendar: whatever is due that month gets done.
When
March–November
How often
Every one or two weeks
One visit
Two hours to a full day
How it's done
First we come for a site visit and record the yard: lawn area, beds, hedges, trees, irrigation. From that comes a yearly month-by-month plan and a visit frequency. The contract is for the season, with a fixed monthly fee, and the schedule is sent to you in advance.
When we say no
We don't take on a contract for a yard we haven't seen. Without a site visit there's no way to tell how long one visit takes.
Good to know
Contract clients get priority in the schedule in May and June, when everyone wants mowing at the same time.
